Stationary Indoor Automatic Samplers from SIRCO are designed to last decades under rigorous use. All components are made with the highest quality parts, and the system is specifically designed to work accurately and reliably without breakdowns.
For even difficult applications the CVS 4200 performs perfectly, with a streamlined and rugged technology designed to deliver exactly what you want.
All water samplers are built with an attention to detail and use the tried-and-true method of vacuum sampling to take liquid samples. This results in a water sampler that is:
Accurate
Reliable
Durable
Easy to Use
Don't worry if your water sampler has taken a proper sample ever again! SIRCO Automatic Samplers have the industry leading warranty, of THREE FULL YEARS (one for refrigerator).
Indoor Automatic Samplers are designed to handle the most difficult sampling situations. All models include:
Accuracy. Samples are always within +/- 2 cc's or +/- 2% repeatability.
Vacuum-Technology. The vacuum-method of water sampler is the most reliable and accurate method to date. It is also the most powerful sampler, allowing for a 5/8" ID intake tubing. The default of most samplers on the market is 3/8" ID or even 1/4" ID. The extra width of tubing allows for 66% more volume! (something peristaltic samplers cannot accomplish). This is helpful in situations with large solids in the source liquid.
Superior Pump Performance. SIRCO Samplers draw at velocities greater than 7 ft/sec (2m/sec), and can even take water samplers over 250 feet away from the source liquid. The strong vacuum helps overcome locational obstacles.
Multi-Function Input Controller. Includes a 16-button keypad and two-line liquid crystal display. Easy to use and program. Set it up once and let it run for decades.
Refrigerator. Refrigerators keep samples at 4ºC (39.2ºF). In the case of any issues, refrigerator is easily removed or repaired.
Warranty. THREE FULL YEARS from date received (one year for refrigerator). Extended warranty optional up to five years.

Custom-Built Samplers. Each sampler can be custom-designed to meet the particular specifications of an environment. Call for details.
MISA (All-clean) systems. Designed for testing chemicals and in situations where no plastics can touch the source liquid, these samplers are outfitted with Teflon-lined intake tubing, glass metering chamber, Stainless Steel fittings, and glass sample containers.
Glass-Door Fridge. The glass-door models are now standard on all discrete sampler systems. The refrigerator is capable of keeping the sample at 4ºC, while including a handy glass door for quick viewing. Also includes digital thermometer readout and light.
Pressure / Vacuum Gauge. Visibly see at what stage the sampler is at. Help troubleshoot whether the line is plugged.
Overflow Bottle Protection / Overflow Container Protection. Halts sampler as soon as the container is full. Also known as Full Bottle Shutoff.
Common Sampler Fault Output. Sends a signal when sampler has a fault. Can be hooked up to PLC, buzzer, light, etc.
Stainless Steel Sinker Strainer. Helps prevent hose clogging in rigorous applications with heavy material in the source liquid.
Integral Battery with Charger. Allows sampler to continue operating in the event of a power failure or unstable power situation. Without backup battery, sampling is halted after a power failure.
External Valve Control Output. Used to send a signal to an external valve at the sample event, e.g. opening or shutting a valve during sampling.
Dual Station. Two water samplers built-in to one body. These types of samplers are useful in situations with space restrictions, where both water samples are desired to be kept in the same location, or to save costs on two samplers. There are two types of dual-station sampler, with either one or two controllers. Please call for details.
Quick-Connect. Stainless Steel connectors for quick connecting/disconnecting of intake tubing.
Pressurized Source Solutions. Some ways of dealing with a pressurized source are in the attached sheet. Call for more information.
External Equipment. Including Flow Meters, pH Sensors, Data Loggers, Rain Loggers, Temperature, etc.
