 The Lightest Portable Automatic Sampler in the world. Even staff at Southwell were surprised at how lightweight the PVS 4120 could be, weighing in at a mere 23 pounds! The water sampler has been streamlined and upgraded with 21st Century components. It also has a smaller pump, requiring a lighter battery, but is still able to handle most situations. |

 New power supply introduced in 2008A new power supply has been designed into the 4000 Series. This newest upgrade is even more reliable and stable. However, it is not backwards-compatible, unlike most of our upgrades, so it is only offered on new samplers. |
 A glass door on the samplerClients have been asking for glass doors on the fridge for years, but never before were we able to keep the temperatures low enough for water sample requirements. Until now. As of 2008, we are building glass doors on all our large refrigerators, so that people can see the samples without even opening the refrigerator door! This idea came about in 2007, and is now a staple of our product line. |

 The Portable Sampler: 4150In early 2008 we introduced a new sampler to the 4000 Series, a portable water sampling unit that is light-weight and easy to take anywhere, with telescoping handle and wheels built in. And with our patented vacuum method of sampling, distances of 100 feet are no problem for these little guys. |
